today is tutor appreciation day. i don't know what that means, but you better be appreciating me, damnit! otherwise, i bet i could have you thrown out of here. i have that kind of power, you know.

some other tutoring girl said we get a free lunch today. then she asked me to look after her book while she went out for a smoke. i said i would. the book is sitting next to the keyboard. the girl is still sitting across from me. she hasn't left yet. i'm bored.

so...went to calculus today. georgia gave me a hug. and i saw my friend amanda in the hall afterwards. she said she missed me and will be hanging out in the library with me today. awwww. then i saw james. i mocked him for being so much taller than i. we had a good time.

i need to get me some new pants. there's a rather forbidding hole forming on the inner thigh region of my pantleg. that can't be good. these are supposed to be my lucky pants! what's so lucky about a hole in my thigh?

you know what else i need to get me? some calling cards. man...my mom is a little upset that i've called grant nearly every day for the past month or so. that kinda adds up...so i can't use the phone anymore unless i use one of them cards. gah! i don't have that kind of money. any donations would be greatly appreciated. it IS approaching my birthday, after all.

speaking of which, i can't wait to get my present from grant. i wonder what it could be...

in case you're wondering, i'm still smoke-free. but i chew on pens a lot. it's not quite the same, but it works for now.
