kiss me like you mean goodbye

i don't much like most of the new american kids. a lot of them just hang around in the dorm lobby and play d&d. i have nothing against rpgs. i have friends who play rpgs. but what's the point of coming to korea if you're just gonna talk with other americans about your character stats? i don't expect them to go out drinking every night (like some people), just maybe, like, talk to a korean person? make some foreign friends? explore the country? leave the fucking dorm? do something. don't come halfway around the world to meet other americans and hang out only with them. it annoys me.
i don't even know what i drank tonight. i was just trying random things off the menu. i love bars in korea, cuz if you drink enough, they'll start giving you free stuff. they'll bring something over to the table and be like, "service!" i like when it's food, but tonight we got this weird shot that they sprinkled sugar into and then set on fire. we got birthday cake, too! some chick was having a birthday party, so we started singing and clapping and she gave us cake. sweet.
we went to onam's later. he had been drinking and it was super funny. he came over to talk to us and was like, "hey guys, you want nachos?!" we were all, "ok," so he made them for us. then he showed us his amazing camera and was telling us how he took all these awesome pictures on his honeymoon and we were all, "oooooh." i've never seen onam drunk before. best night ever.
going to seoul tomorrow morning. maybe i should sleep some.
there's a new boy i like. pretty sure he doesn't like me.
